Corpach are at the start of the Caledonian Canal therefore the beginning of the scenic path into the Isles leading through Bonnie Prince Charlie nation on beautiful Island of Skye.

a trip in the Jacobite vapor train from Fort William to Mallaig the most preferred attractions in the area. Lochaber is perfect for outside task breaks. There are lots of possibilities for walking, climbing, cycling, watersports, fishing, etc. Fort William are at the termination of Scotland's most well-known long distance hiking path - The western Highland Way - plus the Great Glen Way which runs along the Caledonian Canal and Loch Ness. |
Fort William features a typical coach solution with Oban (90 mins) and Inverness (2 hours).
Additionally daily trains coming up from Glasgow to Fort William from the spectacular West Highland Line which continues in terms of Mallaig at the conclusion of the street into the Isles. Sleeper trains to Fort William can be obtained from London. |
